We're coming to San Antonio. The studio address and opening date will be announced once confirmed. Contact us to receive opening details.
How long are the classes?
Every group Pilates class is 50 minutes.
How does the Founding 100 offer work?
The first 100 members who purchase Founding 100 Unlimited receive a $149 monthly rate, guaranteed for 12 months from their membership start. If you join before opening, the guarantee begins when the studio starts operating. If you join after opening, it begins on your sign-up date.
For example, if 50 members join before opening, their guarantee begins on opening day. The next 50 eligible members each receive 12 months from their own sign-up date. If all 100 join before opening, all 100 guarantees begin when operations begin.
Membership renews monthly while active. A 12-month price guarantee is not a 12-month payment commitment. The rate after the guarantee period will be confirmed before purchase.
How can I cancel my unlimited membership?
You can cancel your next renewal. Your unlimited access continues until your next scheduled renewal date, when cancellation takes effect and further renewals stop. The current paid period is non-refundable.
What is the class cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before class, free of charge. For cancellations less than 6 hours before class or a no-show, the missed or late-cancelled class is deducted from your remaining classes if you have a class pack; unlimited members pay $20 per reservation. This also applies to Founding 100 memberships.
When do class packs expire, and do they renew?
Single Class, 4-Class Pack and 8-Class Pack are valid for 30 days from purchase. They do not auto-renew. Buy your next pack when you want to continue. Monthly unlimited memberships follow their monthly renewal cycle.
Can I get a refund or transfer my classes?
Purchased packages are assigned to your account. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. A timely class cancellation restores the credit to your own account without extending its expiry date.
Can I book a class online now?
Live booking will be connected to our studio's reservation system when it is ready. The member preview on this site uses sample classes to demonstrate the planned experience.
